Savoury chef participated at the ever fabulous ‘Taste BC’ event, put on by Liberty Wine Merchants. This yearly fundraiser has raised more than $210,000 dollars for the BC Childrens Hospital Foundation! 450 Guests dined, laughed, and samples some of the best BC has to offer!

We featured a few bites for guests to enjoy:

  • Montblanc – sweetened chestnut, cream, and caramel
  • Mini Zuchinni Eclair – savoury eclair filled with a sweet and tangy zucchini relish and creamy feta cheese
  • The ‘Steak’ Sandwich Bite – rare grilled flank steak on garlic toast with chimichurri sauce and crispy shallots
